COMMUNITY
Community rules
A few shared expectations for discussions, artwork, and private conversations.
Treat the person with respect
Disagree with an idea without attacking its author. Harassment, threats, discrimination, personal attacks, and sharing someone else's private information have no place here. Keep public posts appropriate for a general audience.
Contribute in good faith
Choose a relevant board, use a descriptive title, and add enough context to be useful. Avoid spam, repeated topics, scams, and misleading links. Do not impersonate another member or the team. Keep one account per person.
Share work you can share
Credit the people whose work contributed to yours. Only upload images you created or have permission to publish. Fictional airlines and roleplay belong here; make the context clear rather than impersonating a real business.
Keep private matters private
Do not post passwords, account credentials, financial information, or direct messages without permission. Use the support form for account matters. A public bug report should explain the issue without exposing another person's data.
Give moderation room to work
Report a problematic post or chat message instead of escalating an argument. Reports are private to the team. Moderators can move or close discussions, hide posts, delete chat messages and mute members in chat for a while; administrators can suspend posting access. If you want a decision reviewed, contact the team privately with a link and the relevant context.
Automatic moderation
An automatic reviewer reads public chat messages and forum posts as they appear. It judges how far each breaks these rules, from fine through borderline, disrespectful and abusive to dangerous, whether its meaning is plain, and whether it is spam, a scam, harassment, hate, a threat, sexual, sexualises minors or exposes someone's private information. One it is sure breaks them comes down at once, and one that may is reported to the team. When its meaning is plain, its writer is muted in chat for a day for abuse and a week for anything dangerous; after moderation in the last 90 days, for an hour for disrespect and a week for abuse. A message from someone who seems to be in crisis is taken out of public view and passed to the team, and never counts against them. Everything it does is reported to the team, who can undo it; if it removes something of yours and you think it got that wrong, contest it through Support.
Uploaded chat images and their captions stay hidden from others until approved, including in direct messages. Images that may break the rules, or cannot be reviewed automatically, stay with the team for a decision. The image judgement does not automatically mute its writer.
